• Under cord block, brownish-black fluid drained out from Hydrocele sac and testis found necrotic fibrosed. Finally orchidectomy was done successfully by the team of Ayurvedic Surgeons at Parul Ayurveda Hospital. Sample send for Histopathology Study. Patient is recovering fast post operatively.

• Patient was admitted and on clinical examination non-transilluminent hard Right scrotal swelling noticed.

• USG scrotum reveled approx 9.8×8.2x5.4cm sized encysted collection with multiple moving internal echos on right side.

• A 35 years old male patient having Right scrotal swelling gradually increasing in size since 3 years approached to OPD of Shalyatantra, Parul Ayurveda Hospital.
